As a sign of its commitment to the Oregon-Japan trade market, Hokusei Products in Japan sent staff to Oregon to meet with the local Hokusei North America team. During the week of April 22, Hokusei Products’ staff will travel to Portland, the Willamette Valley, and Central Oregon to visit a number of partner organizations, including the Portland Japanese Garden, Oregon Fruit Products, Allport Editions, Portland Gear, and Streamline. In addition, visits to other companies will be made to familiarize Hokusei Products staff with Oregon industries and explore the potential for expanded relationships. Hokusei expects that 2019 will be a growth year for its business in Oregon, and as such will continue to invest in its human capital to provide the best possible support to its Oregon partners.
