On Feb 2 (PST), in partnership with Oregon Fruit Products (OFP), Hokusei Products & Hokusei North America will host a webinar targeting drink manufacturers in Japan.

The subject of this webinar will be “4th Category” drinks, a term use to collectively refer to hard seltzers, ready-to-drink (RTD) cocktails, Ready-to-Serve cocktails, flavored malt beverages (FMBs), hard kombucha, hard water, hard iced tea, hard coffee, cheladas, and even canned/boxed/bottled single wines.

The “4th Category” segment is growing rapidly in the U.S. market, and there will likely be implications for the Japanese market.  Due to this, Hokusei feels it is important to introduce and educate Japanese drink manufacturers about this trend.  And, as fruit is often a 4th Category drink ingredient, OFP’s expertise and experience will also be shared during the webinar.
