Hokusei Products in Japan has been invited to participate in the “American Beer Hall 2024” event, taking place in Fukuoka City Japan. The invitation was extended by the U.S. Government’s Agricultural Trade Office (ATO), for Hokusei to showcase fruit purees for fermentation made by the Oregon Fruit Company (OFC).
The event will be held weekly from June to September at the Miyako Hotel, conveniently located near Fukuoka City’s main train station. There will be an all-you-can-drink format, that includes a number of non-alcoholic choices in addition to beer, wine, and cocktails. And the food menu will feature American beef, pork, fruit, and dishes featuring other American ingredients.
During this celebration of food & drink, OFC’s purees will be used as an ingredient in the fares to be enjoyed by event attendees, showing the versatility purees have in enhancing flavor, and the appeal that fruit has for drinkers of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks alike.
